At the intersection of Thousand Oaks and Colusa.

On this spot, in 1958, lies the Northernmost advance of Berkeley's War of Passive Aggression. Strongly worded anonymous notes and deep sighs lasted for years in avoidance of directly talking with neighbors. No one recalls how it began; it's assumed a neighbor mistakenly parked in front of someone else's home.
