Located at the northwest corner of Cedar and Milvia.

On this spot, at this intersection on October 12th, 2013, a driver in a silver Honda Civic came to a full and complete stop — even with out other traffic or pedestrians present. The driver proceeded to safely accelerate in a prudent manner unlike which has not been observed since.
